What is the lead time?
- Custom Atelier orders have an 8–10 week production lead time, excluding shipping.
Can I return a custom order?
- As each piece is made to order, all Atelier Collection sales are final and non-refundable. Full payment is required upon placing the order.
Are these products certified?
- Options assembled in the USA are Greenguard Gold Certified and PFAS-free, offering both elegance and peace of mind.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Eichholtz Las Vegas. The details below explain how we process and deliver orders, and how returns and claims work. We’ve tried to keep this clear and practical. If anything is unclear, please reach out.
Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing & Lead Times
In-stock items: Items in stock at our North Carolina warehouse ship in 10 to 14 business days. Items stocked at our Netherlands warehouse ship in 4 to 8 weeks.
Backordered items: We will email you an estimated ship window and keep you updated if schedules change.
Made-to-order items: Items that are part of our Atelier program are made to order in 4 to 6 weeks.
Shipping Methods
Curbside Delivery: Large or fragile items ship on a pallet. The driver unloads at ground-level threshold; driver does not bring items inside or remove packaging.
White-Glove Service (when available): Placement in the room of your choice, full assembly, and responsible removal of all packaging materials. Chandelier and overhead lighting fixture installation available as an optional add-on, arranged through a licensed electrician.
Delivery Appointments & Access
Both curbside and white-glove service require an appointment. Please ensure elevators, doorways, and hallways can accommodate the item(s). If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to access constraints, redelivery or storage fees may apply.
Tracking & Updates
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery once the shipment arrives at the local terminal.
Address Changes & Re-Routes
Any changes requested after a shipping label has been created may incur a carrier re-route fee and could delay delivery.
Delivery Inspection & Damage on Arrival
Please inspect all packages upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the carton or product, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos of the packaging and item from multiple angles.
If the damage appears severe, you may refuse the delivery and contact Eichholtz Las Vegas so we can assist.
For concealed damage discovered after delivery, please refer to the Claims & Returns section.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
Risk of Loss & Title
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier, subject to carrier policies and our claims process.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be received before the order ships. Once shipped, the order may be treated as a return.
CARE
Daily Maintenance
- Vacuum upholstery regularly to prevent dust and debris from settling into the fabric
- Hand fluff and reverse cushions regularly to maintain softness and resilience
- Wipe down non-fabric surfaces with a soft, dry cloth
Cleaning the Main Material
- Remove spills promptly — never use harsh soaps or detergents
- For dried stains, vacuum first, then use a specialized fabric stain cleaner
- Always test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area before applying to the main surface
Placement & Protection
- Avoid placing near fireplaces or in excessive direct sunlight to prevent fading
- Take care with materials that may transfer color onto the fabric
- Keep away from sharp objects such as studs or buckles
Handling & Use
- Keep away from pets to avoid scratches and snags
- Lift furniture when moving — never drag across floors
Long-Term Preservation
- Rotate and flip removable cushions periodically for even wear
- Consider professional fabric cleaning annually for high-use pieces
- Store in a cool, dry environment if not in use for extended periods
