General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all quotations orders and sales by Eichholtz Las Vegas at Tivoli Village. By placing an order in store by phone or online you agree to these terms.

1 Orders acceptance and payment

  • Ordering and acceptance All orders are subject to written acceptance through a sales order or invoice. We may decline any order.
  • Payment We accept the payment methods shown at point of sale or on your invoice. Special orders and custom items require a deposit and the balance is due before delivery or pickup. Full prepayment may be required for certain items.
  • Prices and taxes Prices exclude delivery installation and applicable taxes or fees which are quoted or shown separately. You are responsible for sales and use taxes.
  • Errors If a pricing or availability error occurs we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

2 Delivery pickup and title

  • White glove delivery Professional white glove delivery and placement is available for a fee based on location access item count scheduling and requested services. Deliveries are not complimentary.
  • Service area Local delivery is available in the Las Vegas area. Delivery outside the local area is quoted case by case.
  • Scheduling and access You are responsible for accurate delivery details building access elevator reservations parking and permits. Missed or refused deliveries may incur a redelivery fee.
  • Risk of loss and title Title transfers to you when we receive full payment. Risk of loss transfers on delivery to your address or to your chosen carrier if you arrange pickup.
  • Customer pickup If you or your agent picks up merchandise risk of loss transfers at pickup. Please inspect packaging before loading.

3 Inspection reporting issues and remedies

  • Inspect on arrival Inspect items at delivery and note any visible issues with the delivery team. Photograph packaging and product.
  • Report within 14 days Report concealed damage shortages or non conformities within 14 calendar days of delivery or pickup using the contact form and include your order number and photos.
  • Remedies If a claim is validated we will at our option repair replace or credit the affected item. If you engage your own carrier you are responsible for carrier claims.

4 Cancellations returns and special orders

  • Cancellations In stock items may be cancelled before delivery is scheduled. Special order custom made to order and clearance items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Returns If approved returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery be in new unused condition in original packaging and pass inspection. Restocking fees may apply. Delivery and return transportation fees are non refundable.
  • Custom and special orders Verify dimensions finishes and fabrics before approval. These items are built for you and are final sale.

5 Warranties

  • Manufacturer warranty Eichholtz provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the invoice date under normal residential use and care. Exclusions include commercial use improper installation alterations accidents abrasion water or chemical exposure and expected variations in natural materials.
  • Assistance We will assist with warranty requests. The manufacturer remedy repair replacement or credit is the exclusive remedy for covered defects.

6 Product characteristics and variations

  • Many items use natural materials such as stone wood metals and fabrics. Variation in color grain veining texture and size can occur and is not a defect. Lighting photography and display settings affect appearance.
  • Dimensions are approximate. Confirm fit through entryways elevators stairwells and in the intended space.

7 Intellectual property

All Eichholtz names logos product images and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners and are used with authorization. No license is granted.

8 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect incidental special or consequential damages including lost profits. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected item.

9 Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non performance due to events outside our reasonable control including supplier delays transport disruptions labor actions extreme weather and actions of authorities.

10 Privacy and communications

We handle your information consistent with our privacy practices. We may contact you for scheduling delivery and order status in order to complete your purchase.

11 Dispute resolution and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflicts of law rules. Venue and jurisdiction are in Clark County Nevada.
