We accept all major credit and debit cards. For large or trade orders, bank transfer is available on request.
Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
Orders are final once confirmed and cannot be changed without written approval. Custom and special orders are final sale.

Service & After-Sales
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Keep all original packaging until instructed otherwise.
What is your warranty?
We provide a 1-year limited warranty from the invoice date covering manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are reviewed case-by-case. Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging. Restocking and delivery fees apply. Custom orders are final sale.
When will my replacement ship?
Approved replacements ship with your next order when possible or separately if needed. You’ll receive tracking once dispatched.
