Worldwide digital brand policy

Eichholtz Las Vegas works with partners who comply with all relevant laws and with this Digital Brand Policy. These guidelines protect the Eichholtz brand identity online.

Appropriateness

These guidelines apply to partners and their employees. They cover all online expressions related to Eichholtz including websites social media and email campaigns. Compliance preserves reputation and ensures consistent brand representation.

Certification and notifications

  • When required a partner designates an authorized representative to confirm that they have read and will follow this policy.
  • Existing partners must promptly notify us of any suspected breach or other non compliance by themselves or their subcontractors so facts can be verified and remediated.
  • Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the business relationship.

Eichholtz digital brand requirements

Online identity

Eichholtz and its partners are related yet independent. A partner website must always show the partner’s own identity clearly to avoid confusion with Eichholtz.

Site landing

When traffic originates from an Eichholtz source or destination link the landing page must present Eichholtz furniture and be designed in the partner’s own style. Landing pages require advance approval. Submit for review via the contact form Brand Policy.

Advertising and campaigns

  • Approved ads that feature Eichholtz must not lead to pages that prioritize other brands or unrelated content.
  • Images of Eichholtz products are protected by copyright. Use only with rightful permissions. Do not use Eichholtz visuals as clickbait for competing brands.

Keyword usage

Use of the Eichholtz name in ads and on websites must follow applicable platform and trademark rules. Current ad platform rules may restrict using a brand name in ad titles. Partners are responsible for compliance.

Logos images and designs

Do not place Eichholtz logos images visuals or designs on a website without written consent obtained in advance. Request approval through the contact form Brand Policy.

Volumes and proportion

The presence of Eichholtz trademarks and products on a partner website should be proportionate to recent Eichholtz sales volume. A monthly report of Eichholtz product sales and visibility may be requested.

Trademarks and naming

  • Do not create confusion about site ownership or identity through the use of Eichholtz trademarks product photos or style impressions.
  • Do not register or use Eichholtz in a domain name without written consent.
  • Using a website subpage named Eichholtz requires written consent.

Fair competition

Anti competitive conduct is prohibited including price fixing supply restrictions bid rigging and market sharing. Partners must comply with all competition laws.

Products and marketing package

Products

Once a partner adheres to this policy Eichholtz may supply products. Quantities can increase or decrease monthly based on prior month sales.

Images and content

Eichholtz provides official images and product content for approved use.

Penalties

If a partner breaks the rules we will act immediately.

  • Official warning with up to 24 hours to correct identified violations.
  • If not corrected a final warning with a 12 hour deadline and review for termination.
  • If misuse continues immediate termination of the relationship no further sale of Eichholtz products removal of all Eichholtz logos images and designs recovery of consequential damages where applicable.

If a competitor misuses the Eichholtz brand we may notify relevant platforms of the infringement and protect traffic through compliant bidding strategies.

Miscellaneous

This policy complements other Eichholtz terms including General Terms and reseller terms which remain fully applicable.
