A collector's piece designed for gathering, entertaining and display — functional enough for a real game night, finished well enough to stay on the table afterward. The hand-painted acrylic box is the point: it is meant to live out in the open, on a bar cart, a coffee table or a shelf, the way a good object should.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Eichholtz Las Vegas. The details below explain how we process and deliver orders, and how returns and claims work. We’ve tried to keep this clear and practical. If anything is unclear, please reach out.
Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing & Lead Times
In-stock items: Items in stock at our North Carolina warehouse ship in 10 to 14 business days. Items stocked at our Netherlands warehouse ship in 4 to 8 weeks.
Backordered items: We will email you an estimated ship window and keep you updated if schedules change.
Made-to-order items: Items that are part of our Atelier program are made to order in 4 to 6 weeks.
Shipping Methods
Curbside Delivery: Large or fragile items ship on a pallet. The driver unloads at ground-level threshold; driver does not bring items inside or remove packaging.
White-Glove Service (when available): Placement in the room of your choice, full assembly, and responsible removal of all packaging materials. Chandelier and overhead lighting fixture installation available as an optional add-on, arranged through a licensed electrician.
Delivery Appointments & Access
Both curbside and white-glove service require an appointment. Please ensure elevators, doorways, and hallways can accommodate the item(s). If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to access constraints, redelivery or storage fees may apply.
Tracking & Updates
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery once the shipment arrives at the local terminal.
Address Changes & Re-Routes
Any changes requested after a shipping label has been created may incur a carrier re-route fee and could delay delivery.
Delivery Inspection & Damage on Arrival
Please inspect all packages upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the carton or product, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos of the packaging and item from multiple angles.
If the damage appears severe, you may refuse the delivery and contact Eichholtz Las Vegas so we can assist.
For concealed damage discovered after delivery, please refer to the Claims & Returns section.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
Risk of Loss & Title
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier, subject to carrier policies and our claims process.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be received before the order ships. Once shipped, the order may be treated as a return.
CARE
Care & Handling — Koi Pond Collector's Edition Mahjong Box Set
Hand-painted acrylic is durable but benefits from gentle handling. A few simple habits will keep the box and tiles looking their best for years.
Cleaning
- Dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
- For fingerprints, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
- Never use ammonia-based glass cleaner, alcohol, acetone or abrasive pads — these will cloud and craze acrylic.
Display
- Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to protect the hand-painted artwork.
- Avoid placing near heat sources or on surfaces prone to standing moisture.
- Set the box on a felt pad or tray to protect both the acrylic and the surface beneath it.
Storage
- Return tiles to the box after play so edges stay protected.
- Lift the box from underneath rather than by the lid.
