Order Processing & Lead Times
In-stock items: Items in stock at our North Carolina warehouse ship in 10 to 14 business days. Items stocked at our Netherlands warehouse ship in 4 to 8 weeks.
Backordered items: We will email you an estimated ship window and keep you updated if schedules change.
Made-to-order items: Items that are part of our Atelier program are made to order in 4 to 6 weeks.
Shipping Methods
Curbside Delivery: Large or fragile items ship on a pallet. The driver unloads at ground-level threshold; driver does not bring items inside or remove packaging.
White-Glove Service (when available): Placement in the room of your choice, full assembly, and responsible removal of all packaging materials. Chandelier and overhead lighting fixture installation available as an optional add-on, arranged through a licensed electrician.
Delivery Appointments & Access
Both curbside and white-glove service require an appointment. Please ensure elevators, doorways, and hallways can accommodate the item(s). If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to access constraints, redelivery or storage fees may apply.
Tracking & Updates
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery once the shipment arrives at the local terminal.
Address Changes & Re-Routes
Any changes requested after a shipping label has been created may incur a carrier re-route fee and could delay delivery.
Delivery Inspection & Damage on Arrival
Please inspect all packages upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the carton or product, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos of the packaging and item from multiple angles.
If the damage appears severe, you may refuse the delivery and contact Eichholtz Las Vegas so we can assist.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
Risk of Loss & Title
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier, subject to carrier policies and our claims process.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be received before the order ships. Once shipped, the order may be treated as a return.

Daily Maintenance
- Dust the cover boards and top page edges with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth, working from the spine outwards.
- Handle with clean, dry hands — skin oils transfer readily to cloth bindings and uncoated paper.
Cleaning the Main Material
- Cloth and linen bindings should be dry-dusted only; never apply water or cleaning solutions, which stain permanently.
- For a printed dust jacket or laminated board, wipe very lightly with a barely damp microfibre cloth and dry at once.
- Lift surface dust from page edges with a soft brush rather than rubbing, which can burnish or tear the paper.
- Avoid all solvents, sprays and abrasive cloths — they will lift ink and dull the finish.
Placement & Protection
- Keep out of direct sunlight; UV fades spines and jackets faster than anything else in a room.
- Avoid damp or humid spots and never place directly beneath a vent, window or beside a fireplace.
- Use a felt pad or tray under a stack on polished stone or timber to protect both the surface and the boards.
Handling & Use
- Support large-format volumes with both hands and lift from beneath rather than pulling by the headcap of the spine.
- Open on a flat surface and let the book settle rather than forcing the spine flat.
- Keep drinks and candles clear of open pages.
Long-Term Preservation
