Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Eichholtz Las Vegas. The details below explain how we process and deliver orders, and how returns and claims work. We’ve tried to keep this clear and practical. If anything is unclear, please reach out.

Shipping and Delivery

1 Order Processing and Lead Times

• In stock items Items in stock at our North Carolina warehouse ship in 10 to 14 business days. Items stocked at our Netherlands warehouse ship in 4 to 8 weeks.
• Backordered items We will email you an estimated ship window and keep you updated if schedules change.

2 Shipping Methods

• Curbside Delivery Large or fragile items ship on a pallet. The driver unloads at ground level threshold. The driver does not bring items inside or remove packaging.
• White Glove Service when available Placement in the room of your choice, full assembly, and responsible removal of all packaging materials. Chandelier and overhead lighting fixture installation is available as an optional add on, arranged through a licensed electrician.

3 Delivery Appointments and Access

Both curbside and white glove service require an appointment. Please ensure elevators, doorways, and hallways can accommodate the item or items. If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to access constraints, redelivery or storage fees may apply.

4 Tracking and Updates

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery once the shipment arrives at the local terminal.

5 Address Changes and Re Routes

Any changes requested after a shipping label has been created may incur a carrier re route fee and could delay delivery.

6 Delivery Inspection and Damage on Arrival

• Inspect on delivery Please inspect all packages upon delivery.
• Visible damage If there is visible damage to the carton or product, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos of the packaging and item from multiple angles.
• Severe damage If the damage appears severe, you may refuse the delivery and contact Eichholtz Las Vegas so we can assist.
• Concealed damage Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of both the packaging and the product. Keep the item and all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

Returns

• Return window Returns are accepted within 14 days with a 25% restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Condition Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and every return must be authorized before it is sent back.
• Merchandise taken in store Merchandise taken in store is received and accepted in good condition at the time of sale.
• Custom and special orders Deposits on custom and special orders are non-refundable, and those items are final sale.
• Fees Delivery and return transportation fees are non-refundable. The 25% restocking fee does not apply to a verified factory defect, transit damage, or an incorrect item, provided the claim was filed within 48 hours of delivery.

7 Where We Ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.

8 Risk of Loss and Title

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier, subject to carrier policies and our claims process.

9 Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to cancel or modify an order must be received before the order ships. Once shipped, the order may be treated as a return.
