Are the fragrance and reeds included?
Yes. Each Totem is supplied with its fragrance and reeds, plus refill sticks.
How do I make the fragrance stronger?
Turn the reeds more frequently, or add reeds. Fewer reeds, turned less often, gives a softer presence in a smaller room.
What is the vessel made of?
Hand-blown glass, individually crafted by European glass artisans, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
Where is it made?
Baobab Collection pieces are hand-crafted in Europe using carefully selected raw materials.
Can the vessel be reused?
Yes. Once the fragrance is finished the hand-blown vessel can be cleaned and kept as a decorative object.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Eichholtz Las Vegas. The details below explain how we process and deliver orders, and how returns and claims work. We’ve tried to keep this clear and practical. If anything is unclear, please reach out.
Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing & Lead Times
In-stock items: Items in stock at our North Carolina warehouse ship in 10 to 14 business days. Items stocked at our Netherlands warehouse ship in 4 to 8 weeks.
Backordered items: We will email you an estimated ship window and keep you updated if schedules change.
Made-to-order items: Items that are part of our Atelier program are made to order in 4 to 6 weeks.
Shipping Methods
Curbside Delivery: Large or fragile items ship on a pallet. The driver unloads at ground-level threshold; driver does not bring items inside or remove packaging.
White-Glove Service (when available): Placement in the room of your choice, full assembly, and responsible removal of all packaging materials. Chandelier and overhead lighting fixture installation available as an optional add-on, arranged through a licensed electrician.
Delivery Appointments & Access
Both curbside and white-glove service require an appointment. Please ensure elevators, doorways, and hallways can accommodate the item(s). If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to access constraints, redelivery or storage fees may apply.
Tracking & Updates
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery once the shipment arrives at the local terminal.
Address Changes & Re-Routes
Any changes requested after a shipping label has been created may incur a carrier re-route fee and could delay delivery.
Delivery Inspection & Damage on Arrival
Please inspect all packages upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the carton or product, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos of the packaging and item from multiple angles.
If the damage appears severe, you may refuse the delivery and contact Eichholtz Las Vegas so we can assist.
For concealed damage discovered after delivery, please refer to the Claims & Returns section.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
Risk of Loss & Title
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier, subject to carrier policies and our claims process.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be received before the order ships. Once shipped, the order may be treated as a return.
CARE
Diffuser Care — Totem Diffuser Stones Marble
A reed diffuser needs no flame. A little care keeps the fragrance even and the glass looking its best.
Setting up
- Remove the cap, place the vessel on a stable, level surface and insert the reeds.
- Stand the diffuser away from direct sunlight, heat sources and draughts, which burn through the fragrance faster.
- Protect finished furniture underneath — the fragrance oil can mark wood, stone and painted surfaces.
In use
- Turn the reeds every one to two weeks to refresh the diffusion; turn them more often for a stronger presence.
- Handle the reeds with care and wash your hands afterwards, as the oil is concentrated.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Maintenance
- Replace the reeds when diffusion slows and they are saturated.
- Wipe the outside of the vessel with a soft, dry cloth; avoid alcohol-based cleaners on the glass and cap.
- Once empty, the hand-blown vessel can be cleaned and kept as a decorative object.
