How long does it burn?
Burn time depends on the size: Classique up to 50h, Signature up to 100h, Grande up to 340h, Monument up to 600h. Allowing the full surface to melt on each burn preserves an even burn and the fragrance.
What is the vessel made of?
Each candle is poured into hand-blown glass, individually crafted by European glass artisans, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
Where is it made?
Baobab Collection candles are hand-crafted in Europe using carefully selected raw materials.
Can the glass be reused?
Yes. Once the wax is finished, the hand-blown glass vessel can be cleaned and kept as a decorative object.
How should I care for the flame?
Trim the wicks to about ¼ inch before each use, light all wicks, and keep the candle away from drafts and direct sunlight.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Eichholtz Las Vegas. The details below explain how we process and deliver orders, and how returns and claims work. We’ve tried to keep this clear and practical. If anything is unclear, please reach out.
Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing & Lead Times
In-stock items: Items in stock at our North Carolina warehouse ship in 10 to 14 business days. Items stocked at our Netherlands warehouse ship in 4 to 8 weeks.
Backordered items: We will email you an estimated ship window and keep you updated if schedules change.
Made-to-order items: Items that are part of our Atelier program are made to order in 4 to 6 weeks.
Shipping Methods
Curbside Delivery: Large or fragile items ship on a pallet. The driver unloads at ground-level threshold; driver does not bring items inside or remove packaging.
White-Glove Service (when available): Placement in the room of your choice, full assembly, and responsible removal of all packaging materials. Chandelier and overhead lighting fixture installation available as an optional add-on, arranged through a licensed electrician.
Delivery Appointments & Access
Both curbside and white-glove service require an appointment. Please ensure elevators, doorways, and hallways can accommodate the item(s). If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to access constraints, redelivery or storage fees may apply.
Tracking & Updates
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery once the shipment arrives at the local terminal.
Address Changes & Re-Routes
Any changes requested after a shipping label has been created may incur a carrier re-route fee and could delay delivery.
Delivery Inspection & Damage on Arrival
Please inspect all packages upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the carton or product, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos of the packaging and item from multiple angles.
If the damage appears severe, you may refuse the delivery and contact Eichholtz Las Vegas so we can assist.
For concealed damage discovered after delivery, please refer to the Claims & Returns section.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
Risk of Loss & Title
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier, subject to carrier policies and our claims process.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be received before the order ships. Once shipped, the order may be treated as a return.
CARE
Candle Care — Scented Candle Pearls Black
Beyond the quality of the formulation, proper candle care ensures a clean, even burn, a stable flame and optimal fragrance diffusion.
Lighting
- Place the candle away from drafts and direct sunlight to ensure an even, steady flame.
- Light all of the wicks and remain nearby while the candle is burning.
- Keep the wax pool free of matches, wick trimmings or debris.
Burning
- Allow the entire surface of the wax to melt before extinguishing to prevent tunnelling; the first burn naturally takes longer.
- Once the full surface has liquefied, do not burn for more than one additional hour.
- Never burn the final centimetres of wax, as the flame may overheat the glass.
Maintenance
- Trim the wicks to approximately ¼ inch (6 mm) before each use for a clean, steady flame.
- Straighten the wicks after each burn, before the wax fully solidifies, for even relighting.
- Clean the inside of the vessel with a non-alcoholic product to prevent soot build-up.
- Store in a dry place at room temperature to preserve quality over time.
